The Support for Training and Work/Supporto per la Formazione e il Lavoro (SFL) initiative, effective from September 1, 2023, aims to stimulate the engagement of individuals aged 18 to 59 with an ISEE value not exceeding 6000 euros. Applications for Training and Work Support can be submitted online through the INPS portal with SPID Digital Identity, CNS, or CIE, at patronage institutes, and from January 1, 2024, at CAF - Tax Assistance Centres.
SFL facilitates work activation through participation in projects such as training, professional qualification, active labor policies, community-oriented initiatives, and universal civil service. It targets individuals aged 18 to 59 meeting specific citizenship, residence, and economic criteria.
To benefit from the measure:
- Electronically submit an application to INPS.
- Enroll in the Information System for Social and Work Inclusion (SIISL).
- Sign the Digital Activation Agreement (PAD) upon a positive application outcome.
- Sign the Personalized Service Agreement at the Job Centre.
- Attend a course or other job activation initiative.
The Support for Training and Work provides a monthly economic benefit of 350 euros for participation in work activation measures, paid for the entire course duration, up to a maximum of 12 months via INPS monthly bank transfer. The benefit is contingent upon actual participation in training activities or other work activation initiatives to avoid forfeiture.
